Limited Lifetime Warranty

Apex Predator Outdoor Gear stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and product failure under normal and intended use.

This warranty covers repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of defective products for as long as you own them, provided the issue is due to a manufacturing defect and not excluded below.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that cause failure during normal, intended outdoor use (Grips cracking, warping in sun, functional defects in manufacturing not caught during the QC process, etc.).

What is Not Covered (Exclusions) This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear, or gradual deterioration from regular use
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care/storage
  • Damage from use outside the product's intended purpose (including overloading, improper attachment, or extreme/abusive conditions)
  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs by anyone other than Apex Predator Outdoor Gear
  • Cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, stains, minor discoloration)
  • Damage from improper cleaning, exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Consequential or incidental damages (e.g., lost use, personal injury, property damage)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without proof of purchase

Merchandise (Hats, T-Shirts, Bottle Openers, etc.) These items are covered only against manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase. They are not covered for normal wear and tear, fading, stretching, pilling, or damage from regular use, washing, or exposure.

How to Make a Claim To request service, email apexpredatorod@gmail.com with:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage/defect
  • Your contact information

We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days. If approved, we may repair the item, replace it with the same or comparable product, or issue a credit (at our sole discretion). Shipping costs to us are your responsibility; return shipping for approved claims is typically covered by us. All decisions regarding warranty claims are final.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach. We reserve the right to update this policy.
