At Apex Predator Outdoor Gear, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect when you shop with us:
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items (if any) may take longer— we'll notify you if this applies.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates Once your order ships, transit time depends on your location, the carrier, and the shipping method selected at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed—delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, high volume periods, or other unforeseen events.

Domestic (Contiguous U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited options (if available): Faster delivery at additional cost
- Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: 5–10 business days after shipment (additional shipping fees may apply)
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment (customs clearance can add extra time; duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility)
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and selected method.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S. (exclusions may apply for oversized/heavy items).
- International and expedited shipping are charged at actual carrier rates.
- No hidden fees— what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Shipping Carriers We primarily use USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx for reliable delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility and are in the carrier’s possession.
- If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first (they handle claims for lost/misdelivered items). We can assist if needed.
- For international orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import restrictions. We cannot refund duties/taxes.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, Black Friday), processing and delivery may take longer than usual— we appreciate your patience!
- Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees or result in delays/returns.
